As-Salaamun Alaykum Dear Community Members,
Please join us for Shahr Ramadan programs at Yaseen OC starting April 14th. Sayed Abbas Razavian will be our esteemed speaker delivering lectures on the topic of Life Skills:

Life skills are abilities that enable humans to deal effectively with the challenges of life.  Join us this month of Ramadan to learn and discuss Islamic life skills that enable us to deal effectively with the challenges of life and are necessary for a successful life.

Our programs will be held at 7:30pm on the following dates and begin with congregational prayer:

• April 14-17 (Thurs-Sun)
• April 20-24 (Wed-Sun)
• April 28 -May 1 (Thurs-Sun)

Please RSVP ahead of time in order to help us order an appropriate amount of food and avoid waste.

Special Children’s Program

This year a dedicated team of community members has planned a structured children program for ages 4-8 that will run parallel with the main speech.  Students will explore a different attribute of Allah (SWT) each night and participate in activities to understand one of the Asma al-Husna.  The select dates are:

• April 15-16 (Fri-Sat)
• April 20-23 (Wed-Sat)
• April 29-30 (Fri-Sat)

The Ramadan programming committee needs attendance estimates for the children’s program to help planning and order sufficient supplies.  Please complete this survey one week in advance.  This is not a commitment, but if you may come on a given night, let us know!
